Monofilament steel fiber production line

The monofilament steel fiber production line is an automated equipment specially used to produce monofilament steel fibers with a specific hook shape. Its products are widely used in concrete reinforcement, tunnel engineering, bridge deck paving and other fields.By using steel fibers instead of steel bars, the equipment can save at least 20% of costs, and improve bearing capacity,durability and impact resistance, extending its service life.

Multiple head pay-off machine

Straightening

The rolled steel wire is installed on the pay-off stand, and the tension control system is used to maintain uniform speed output of the steel wire to avoid processing deviations caused by uneven tension.

The released steel wire enters the straightening machine (multiple sets of upper and lower roller structures), where the curvature of the steel wire is corrected by roller extrusion to make it straight, providing a stable foundation for subsequent cutting and forming.

Cut to length

Hook forming

The straightened steel wire is pushed to the cutting device according to the set length through the feeding mechanism. During the cutting process, the feeding length is monitored in real time by the sensor to ensure that the length error of each fiber is ≤±0.5mm.

The cut short fibers are transported to the hook forming machine. The pressure, speed and mold position of the forming machine are adjusted through the PLC control system to ensure the stability of the hook size.
