1.Enhance the weight of finished steel wire coils: Through the horizontal drum design of the proboscis-type wire collection device and the proboscis-type connecting plate structure, the weight of finished steel wire coils is significantly increased (reaching over 250KG), thereby reducing the number of wire joints during production and improving overall production efficiency.
2.Optimize cooling and wire collection coordination: Combining the cooling system of the tank-type wire drawing machine (such as the annular water chamber and hollow main shaft design) with the stable winding mechanism of the proboscis-type wire collection machine ensures cooling effectiveness during wire drawing. Meanwhile, the vertical wire dropping frame of the proboscis-type connecting plate enables efficient wire collection and reduces wire damage.
3.Simplify equipment structure and operation: Integrated design consolidates the functions of traditional split devices, reducing floor space and operational complexity. 1. Main Equipment Description of Wire Drawing Machine
1.1 Machine Frame :
The wire drawing machine frame adopts a robust welded box structure, ensuring flatness of the working platform and verticality of the uprights. All steel plates and profiles undergo derusting treatment before welding. Post-welding stress relief treatment and machining processes are applied to ensure structural stability, rigidity, and vibration resistance during high-speed operation under heavy loads.
1.2 Drive System :
Each unit of the wire drawing machine utilizes a frequency conversion motor with a 4-groove B-type belt + direct timing belt transmission.
1.3 Tower Wheel :
Tower wheels are integrally cast from 235B steel. After rough machining, the surface is inlaid with cemented carbide (alloy layer thickness ≥3.5mm) and precision ground, achieving surface hardness of HRC 88-92.
1.4 Water Tank :
Triple waterproof design: mechanical seals, added bearing waterproof covers, and skeleton seals at the main shaft transmission.
Equipped with a leakage port to prevent water ingress into bearings in case of seal failure.
1.5 Cooling System :
Lubrication and cooling of drawing dies through circulating water with overflow ports.
1.6 Control Panel :
The front operation panel includes electrical/pneumatic controls and instrumentation. The HMI (Human-Machine Interface) enables production parameter setup and fault diagnostics.
1.7 Pneumatic System :
Compressed air from external sources passes through an air treatment unit to remove moisture and impurities before entering machine pipelines.
1.8 Speed/Length Measurement :
Real-time wire speed display with functions: preset length drawing, automatic deceleration, and fixed-length stopping.
