Furnace shell.

Furnace bottom.

Furnace bottom refractory brick masonry adopts bottom layer heavy bricks, middle layer heavy bricks, and upper layer heavy bricks with different insulation properties, which facilitates the load-bearing of the workpiece, loading and unloading of the workpiece, and increases sealing.

 

Furnace refractory material.

Furnace refractory material adopting a fully fire-resistant fiber structure, it has excellent energy-saving performance. It is required to save about 30% energy and double the heating speed compared to brick resistance furnaces of the same specification.

 

Heating element.

The heating element adopts 0cr21Al6Nb high-quality nickel chromium resistance flat strip, which is in a wavy shape. It is firmly locked onto the furnace wall with a specially made high-temperature spiral ceramic nail, and the 2 zones are arranged reasonably. The resistance strip power is 260 kw, and there are 6 sets of heating elements on the furnace body. A set of heating elements at the bottom of the furnace, designed with low surface load (1.4w/cm2) and long service life.

 

Stainless steel furnace tank.

The inner diameter of the stainless steel tank is 1200 * 2000 mm, which can be lifted. The material is 304, with a cover and head of 8mm, a bottom of 16mm, and a barrel of 10 mm.
