Integrated Steel Fiber is a type of reinforcement material formed by bonding multiple steel fibers into a row-shaped structure through special processes. Widely used in high-performance concrete projects, its core advantage lies in combining both dispersibility and integrity, which significantly enhances the tensile strength, crack resistance, and durability of concrete.

Multiple head pay-off machine

Straightening

The rolled steel wire is installed on the pay-off stand, and the tension control system is used to maintain uniform speed output of the steel wire to avoid processing deviations caused by uneven tension.

The released steel wire enters the straightening machine (multiple sets of upper and lower roller structures), where the curvature of the steel wire is corrected by roller extrusion to make it straight, providing a stable foundation for subsequent cutting and forming.

Gluing

Drying

The steel wires are temporarily fixed by coating (e.g. spraying a small amount of adhesive), and then when mixed with concrete, the adhesive dissolves in water and the steel fibers are naturally dispersed.

Dry the glued material. Use appropriate insulating heating materials to ensure no fire, no leakage, safe and reliable.

Traction structure

End hook pressing and synchronous cutting

The traction wheel is driven by a motor and works in conjunction with the cutter to ensure that the steel fiber maintains linear motion during processing. The upper and lower double traction wheel design can adapt to steel fibers of different diameters by adjusting the wheel spacing.

The end hook pressing and synchronous cutting process uses a rotary die/hydraulic punch to bend the end of the wire 90°-120° to form a hook structure, and immediately uses a rotary blade cutting technology to cut it to the target length, effectively suppressing rebound deformation and ensuring the end anchoring accuracy and fiber size consistency.

Shipment

The main machinery is packed with plastic film and fixed in the container with steel wire. Small mechanical parts are packed in wooden cases. 

We can book containers for customers according to the mechanical size. If we need LCL, we can arrange to pack and send them to the designated place.
